Sue Grey standing for Tauranga seat.

Sue Grey, our co-leader, has graciously agreed to stand in the Tauranga by-election.  We believe that Sue's high profile and large and enthusiastic support network in Tauranga gives her a flying start and an opportunity to win the seat.  We know we have a large and active 'pro-choice' freedom movement in this region, those who have lost their jobs, lost their health, and certainly lost all trust in this Government. We believe Sue Grey has a lot to offer our movement if she got into parliament, she would 'hit the ground running' and knows how to get answers to questions the Govt is refusing to answer, how to challenge the current regime, and how to start getting help for the vaccine injured, how to get justice for those who have lost their jobs, their homes and businesses and be our voice in Parliament, when everyone else has been gagged or just ignored the pain this Government has caused.

Sue Grey is the logical choice, as this bi-election will not change the balance of power in Government, a vote for any other party will change nothing. The vote for an 'outsider' is a chance to get someone completely new working in Parliament, and once in Parliament Sue would be working for ALL the different movements whether it's 'Ban 1080', fishing, medicinal cannabis, vaccine injury, democracy and rights, farming, outdoors, and those concerned about Agenda 2030.

Tauranga City inhabitants are acutely aware of their current lack of democracy due to Commissioners being appointed to replace the council.  Nanaia Mahuta, as Minister for Local Government, has gone one step further and extended the statutory board past the upcoming council elections, leaving the city with an unelected governance structure until June 2024. So we think that Tauranga locals will come out in force for this election.

To be successful, we will need YOUR help, so if you feel you can assist in any way, big or small, please email helpsuegrey@outdoorsparty.co.nz with your phone number and suburb so we can organise a meeting to build our Tauranga team.

We will also need money!  One of the things that differentiates the Outdoors & Freedom Party is that our funding comes from our members so unlike many other parties when we are elected to parliament, we will be working for YOU, not big business. So please if you think you can afford to chip in to help Tauranga then go to our donation page  https://outdoorsparty.co.nz/donate/

Thirdly, we are excited and thrilled to welcome Donna Pokere-Phillips,   former Te Pāti Māori Candidate for Hauraki-Waikato. Donna with her Masters in Law, Whakapapa, deep political roots, and guiding hand on Tikanga,  brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and energy to the party that we wholeheartedly embrace.

Donna is totally on side with all our current policies regarding freedom and democracy, holistic health, and environmental concerns. Donna brings her own set of well developed policies that we will enjoy working through to incorporate the ones that fit with our position on social, environmental, and economic betterment for all here in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Check out Donna’s facebook profile and informative live'ies. https://www.facebook.com/donnapokerephillips

Donna, Darrin Cassidy, and the very distinguished Pem Bird QSM have been seconded onto our Board to assist with the party expansion. Darrin is a lawyer specialising in Children's Rights, and has practiced environmental law and Treaty Law. All three are deeply concerned about corruption in politics, and have made the Outdoors and Freedom Party the new political hub for Tangata Whenua.  All three look forward to working within the Outdoors & Freedom Party for the betterment of all, through the combined knowledge, skills, and commitment of tangata tiriti and tangata whenua.

As Darrin so aptly explains:

Te Tiriti is the tip of the taiaha/spear,

Maori form the head of the taiaha, and

all non-Maori are the shaft of the taiaha adding weight to the spearhead to drive the tip of the taiaha through each and every Government veil. Māori leave no one behind, we bring Māori and non Māori with us. Thus we all share and benefit in protecting Papatūānuku, and all whom call Aotearoa home.

Exposure and downfall of evil demands we the people step up. Together we are strong. Together we must demand and

force change.

Kia Kaha, Kia Ita, Kia Kaha

Stay Strong, Stay Tight, Stay Strong

Darrin

In closing please look at your calendar and pencil in the AGM dates. We look forward to seeing you there.

Cheers

Alan
